Counseling

Sky PaletteHaving trouble with people in your life?  Don’t let others mess you up.  I can help.  Counseling with me employs a variety of methods including:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • Clinical Hypnosis
  • Ask and  Receive
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
  • Esoteric Healing

to treat conflicts with others, depression, anxiety, medical trauma, abuse (emotional, physical, and sexual), and health problems.  I collaborate with leading physicians, nurses, and genetics counselors as part of the healing process.    I often use humor and improvisation to find new solutions to life’s challenges.  Couples of all orientations are welcome.
